The course covers First Aid management of anaphylaxis as well as risk minimisation and risk management strategies for anaphylaxis.

Entry Requirements
There are no prerequisite units for this course. Learners enrolling in this course should have language, literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to level 3 in the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF). Prior to the start of face-to-face practical training, there may be a short knowledge quiz to check language, literacy and numeracy skills, as required.
Assessment Methods
Progressive assessment throughout the course, including demonstration of practical skills and written and oral questions relating to underpinning knowledge.
